Can I change or cancel my order?If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@koecheesebread.co.nz. Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Refunds may take up to 5 business days or more, depending on your payment method. We’ll do our best to assist you promptly!

Can products sell out after I order?All Koe Cheese Bread products are subject to availability. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email. You’ll have the option to receive a full refund or wait for a restock - it's your call!

Where can I pick up my order?Pickup locations vary based on the market or pop-up we’re attending. If this option is available you will have an address and time to pick up your order. If you miss your pickup, we can reschedule for another time as long as you make contact with us. Check our social media @koecheesebread for our current schedule, or view our list of wholesalers for the nearest address.

Shipping & Handling:Orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain product quality. Once received, please store your cheese bread in the freezer at -18°C. Orders can take up to 48 hours to be delivered, after being picked up from NZ Couriers, depending on your address. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us so we can initiate a track-and-trace for you.

Refunds & Returns:If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not received, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of being notified. Refunds on defrosted items are only eligible if done on the same day of delivery. Any claims made 8 hrs after delivery will not be considered for refund. Once products are opened, we cannot be responsible for any mishandling of it. Instructions are clear on the back of packaging and must be followed such as keeping them at -18°C before baking. We do not accept any returns. Important: This refund and return policy applies only to purchases made on our website and not to items bought through other stores or websites. NZ Nationwide DeliveryWe pack your order every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your order will be dispatched on our next available courier day. This is subject to change in case of public holidays. All deliveries are sent via overnight service through NZ Courier. You’ll receive a tracking code once your order ships. *Please note: At this time, we do not deliver to rural addresses.
